Patrick – Owner
Originally from New York, Patrick has lived up and down the East Coast. He attended college at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Following graduation he received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Army where he served until he retired in 2013. His career enabled him to travel to 42 countries including five combat deployments. As a combat veteran Patrick has honed his leadership and project management skills. Patrick excels at customer service, attention to detail, and ensuring that the team gives 110% to every job the shop is contracted to complete. Patrick will always offer discounts to any customer that put’s their life on the line for others including military, police, and firemen.
Scott – Manager
Scott is the backbone of the shop, he has been with the shop the majority of our 25 years in business. Scott is a San Diego native who seemingly knows someone at every custom car and truck shop in town. His connections come from years of racing BMX when he was younger and cars as he grew older. Scott is one of the best sprayers in the country who is often requested by name. He has even had a previous customer bring a truck from Montana for him to spray it. Along with Nolan, Scott completed a 33 1/2 hour marathon mobile job applying LINE-X Premium to a train. Scott is one of the most professional people Patrick has had the privilege to work with.
Jennifer – Assistant Manager
Jennifer is normally the first person customers meet either on the phone or in person . Jennifer was born in Sacramento but shortly thereafter moved to San Diego. At an early age, Jennifer showed the propensity to excel in business, whether it was being one of the top Girls Scout Sellers in San Diego or running her own booth at the local swap meets at age 15. To this day Jennifer continues to run her business as well as working full-time at LINE-X of El Cajon, often working 7 days a week. Jennifer runs the front of the shop as well as doing new business development. In Jennifer’s free time she enjoys developing new business opportunities, playing with her Great Dane, or spending time with her husband. Jennifer is one of the hardest working people Patrick has ever had the privilege to work with.
Nolan – Shop Foremen
Nolan is a Santee native where he attended school at Santana High School. At a young age, Nolan has amassed a significant amount experience working on trucks which he applies to his job here at LINE-X of El Cajon. Nolan was originally hired to turn wrenches, install accessories and prep vehicles for LINE-X, a.k.a. “Shop Grunt”. Not content with status quo, Nolan took it upon himself on weekends to learn how to become a LINE-X applicator. Normally this process takes a year but Nolan managed to receive his certification in just over six months. In quick order Nolan has become one of the best sprayer we have had, he even rivals Scott when it comes to laying down his beautiful texture. In Nolan’s free time you can find him working on his Gen II Cummins truck, fishing, or shooting one of his many guns, including a beautiful Benelli 12 Gauge.
Spencer – “Shop Grunt”
Everyone has to start somewhere, and with us it’s the Shop Grunt. Spencer is another San Diego native who attended school at Santana High School. Living in Southern California, Spencer was bit by the fabrication bug. Along with learning how to apply LINE-X and install accessories Spencer aspires to become a fabricator. After work, Spencer is taking classes in Auto body, welding and fabrication. In his spare time Spencer likes mountain biking, watching Netflix and hanging out with friends.
